Rains bring early Bush Tomato harvest

Early rains in Central Australia have spurred on an early harvest of Bush Tomatos this season accoording to Max Emery who grows and supplies

Bush Tomatoes in Rainbow Valley for Outback Spirit products such as Bush Tomato sauce, chutneys and sausages. Max said: 'I'm expecting a good crop this season with such a good start from these rains".

The Foudation and Coles, who retail these products, have assisted Garden Prodcue, Max and his wife Ruth (pictured with Juleigh Robins), whose business grows Bush Tomatoes and other native foods at Rainbow Valley.
